For soap, since we have to make the batches 6 weeks ahead of time, we often will have bars in stock that are waiting until they are cured. We can let you know when those will be available.
For all other products, if you see an item is out of stock, send us an email and we’ll see if we can make a fresh batch for you. Often times we will already be planning a new batch and can let you know when it will be available.
Please allow the same amount of time to produce the new batch, package, and ship to you.

Click on the Account link at the top right-hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the Change quantities/cancel orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you have any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

After entering your login credentials, a page will appear with your Order History on the left. Click on an Order Number to check the order status.
While we always do our best to ensure nothing is missed, sometimes we make mistakes. If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us so that we may fix the error. Please submit photos of packing lists and incorrect items as they will help us greatly.
The inventory you see on the site is what we have in stock currently. Orders placed before 3PM MT will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM MT will ship the following business day. During busy times, orders may take as long as 2 business days to ship.
Because we produce our products by hand in small batches, currently we are unable to accept any custom orders for products. The inventory listed on the site, is what we have in stock and we can’t guarantee that we will be able to produce more if it sells out. Please feel free to email us at email@example.com to inquire about our production schedule to see if the item you would like will be available.

Orders can be shipped either by USPS Priority Mail or by UPS. Shipping is chosen at the Checkout page with a list of options and their prices.
Note: The time quotes provided next to the shipping options is for shipping time only & does not take into account order production, pulling or packing time. Additionally, as of January 2021 UPS has suspended its guarantee on delivery times. USPS is also experiencing transit delays averaging a minimum of 14 days.
Shipping is automatically estimated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your Cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered a selection of options and their prices.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email when yourorder has shipped with tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.You can view this information by clicking on the link provided in the emailconfirmation, or on our website by clicking on Account at the top right-handside of our site. After entering your login credentials, a page will appearwith your Order History. Click on an Order Number to check theorder status.
If your package is slated for delivery today but you still haven’t received it, don’t worry. Sometimes packages get left on the truck or the truck breaks down and they have to be delivered the next day. This is happening more frequently lately.
If you were notified that your package was delivered but you never received it, try reaching out to the carrier first so that they can investigate what happened. If they confirm the package was indeed delivered, and you suspect theft, you may need to file a report with the police department.

We take great care in packaging your shipment but if there is any damage to your package during shipping, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your package. Take photos of the damaged packaging as well as any damaged products. Do not throw any items away and contact us immediately.
We hope you love our products as much as we love making them. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if you are dissatisfied for any reason and we will do everything we can to remedy it.
Due to the nature of our products and the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot accept physical returns of products, but we can ship you a replacement product or refund.
Please remember that our products are handmade and slight variations in color, size and shape may occur.
As soon as a refund has been authorized and we enter it into our system, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your bank account or credit card. Each bank is different.
